We collect data if you:

  • make a reservation request
  • make a direct booking
  • ask a question via the contact form
  • you sign up for the newsletter

We only use the information that you provide to us. This can be the following data:

  • your first and last name
  • first and last names of your fellow travelers
  • Your email address
  • your adress
  • your telephone number
  • Amount of adults
  • number of children
  • birth dates

We need this information to properly process and respond to your request.

What do we use the data for?

The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:

  • We need your name, e-mail, telephone number, number of children or adults to check the availability of a room or studio for you.
  • We need the date of birth to be able to determine the correct accommodation price.
  • We use your name and e-mail address for sending newsletters. This only happens with the information we have received from you

Information we store

These are the data we store:

  •  First and last name
  • Address, zip code and place of residence, so that we can address your reservation confirmation as quickly and easily as possible to the right person and address.
  • Telephone number, to be able to inform you about your request or to provide changed information about your stay at the last minute. Sometimes it is more convenient to do that by telephone. You are never required to fill in.
  • E-mail address, because as soon as we have received your request for a stay, you will receive a confirmation and invoice by e-mail.

Your data and the systems that process this

Your personal data is stored in the e-mail system that we work with: [MailChimp]. More information about MailChimp’s privacy policy can be found here. To create ad target groups in Facebook, we use the email addresses that we collect through the requests.

Unsubscribe

Have you made a request via the contact form / via e-mail or have you registered for one of our newsletters, but do you no longer wish to receive an e-mail from us in the future? Then you can always unsubscribe. Just contact us. Your e-mail address will then be immediately removed from our file and will not be saved.

Security data

Appropriate technical measures have been taken to protect personal data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing. These measures, including encryption via an SSL certificate, ensure a security level that matches the data that we process.

A cookie is a small file that is sent by our website and placed by your browser on the device with which you visit our website.
